We purchased a brand new Nissan Nivara on 11 June 2013. We had performance problems with it that was only sorted out on 27 June 2013 - we did not want to take ownership of the vehicle because we did not have any confidence in its capability to perform and in the lack of customer care we received from Nissan SA.
A good sales manager convinced us that he will get Nissan SA to give us an undertaking letter that if the vehicle give any further problems within the next 6 months it will be replaced.
Nissan SA refuse to take responsibility. Now it is ombudsman and attorneys for us!!
