Poor work and very bad attitude

Have been three times since 2011. Three of the repairs done have since broken again, so went back this week.
In May 2012 they replaced my steering rack and a CV boot. After 1 yr, both of the parts are broken and require replacement. On confronting the manager, I was told it's 'wear & tear' and the warranty has expired, so it's not their problem. Attempts to draw his attention to the strange coincidence of the only 2 parts that Speedy installed being the only 2 parts that were already broken proved futile, and I was treated as having the intelligence of a 6-year-old.
Last month, I asked Speedy to fix a stripped bolt in the engine. Rather than re-boring the hole they decided to use putty. Having stuffed putty in, they sent me home, dubious but willing to trust their judgement. The repair lasted the grand total of 24h before working loose. On confronting them this week I was asked to produce an invoice. As it happened, they had not itemised the invoice but placed this repair under 'general'. Despite agreeing that he remembered the job, he triumphantly told me that there was no record of it and I would have to pay again.
Poor quality work and parts, and absolutely terrible service.
