Attitude on Express

On two occasions have I met with the attitude of the staff at BP Express Tygervalley.
Great to wake up to at 7h00 in the morning!!
The first incident was settled very quickly by the manager despite the cattishness of his employees however i cannot say the same about this morning (2013-07-06)
I had words with the cashier (whose name tag was not on display) after she walked away from me while i was still placing an order and then comes back and has my whole order messed up.
Another client noticed that she had his order messed up as well and had to wait for her to look around (eventually) for her to replace the item.
My order was taken and I took the slip to pay at the counter where I (by my own right) discussed the attitude problem with the manager, Ray, working behind the till. I stated that he "needs to have a word with his staff about the attitude towards clients, especially in the early mornings". Ray not so much as lifted his head towards me but scaled behind the counter and said " maybe she can say the same about you"
I'm not sure about the etiquette taught to managers in BP but im sure this wasnt it.
Something needs to be done. You'll lose all your customers if it isnt.
