Today i phoned through my order an hour before the time.when i got to nandos till cashier said i need to go to the other till. even though they could see i phoned through my order nobody seemed to find it.
i was standing at the counter for a while getting very upset for being ignored and not informed. i called the girl to ask her whats happend. she lifted her hand to tell me wait and answered the phone to take more orders then walked away, i called her a second time telling her shes busy with me and what is happening with my order. she then told me i must wait, i asked her why because i have phoned an hour ago with my order. she then again answered the phone and i got very upset. i told her what is going on and i want to see a manager because ive been more than 10min just standing at the counter. She was very dazed and responded 'your order isnt ready'.The manager came and apologised wheni told her about the pethetic service i received.

What really upset me when i got to eat my meal at my desk. i found the pita had no mayonaise and there was very little salad in it (worse pita ever) like that wasnt enough the wedges wasnt fried properly it was hard.
