SORRY YOUR ORDER DID NOT PRINT

On 24/1/14 placed order at 18h11 and told that it would take 20 to 25 minutes (order number 81)

At 18h30 the manager (think name is Lisa) came and asked me what my order number was and disappeared into the back. She then returned with a copy of my order telling me that they did not print the order for the kitchen staff to prepare. She made out that it was my fault and went to the back to assist. At 18h50 I was called to the counter by one of the counter staff to fetch my order whereupon I mentioned that I was not happy with the attitude and she then told the manager who was still in the back about my unhappiness, whereupon the manager then went off that the whole shop could hear. I was already in the doorway and too happy to be out of there
