On Wedn I took my car in for service to the above dealership, I collected the car in the afternoon but on my way to town while driving on the fast lane car switched off rite in the fast last in the busy peak hour in Dbn the market. I called my insurance for them to send somebody to have a look as car wasn't switching on at all, upon his arrival he checked the battery whick he found was working fine but car wouldn't start, car was then towed and sent to Mobeni Hyundai at 7am the next morning. The technician couldn't pick up what could be the problem and unfortunately they couldn't attend to the matter urgently as they had other things to attend to, they was no sense of urgency even when I contacted their head office, and when I called them to ask about the progress u could sence from the voice of their service manager tht he was irritated! Head office could help me much cause even now nobody has contacted me to keep me informed with the progress of my complaint ad I find tht so not on and show signs that these people have no sense of urgency nor don't care abt their customer! The service I'm receiving at the moment is pathetic from the everyone involved! Mind u I use the car daily
