I had to replace two motor windscreen's and was assisted by Jason at PG Glass Menlyn branch, completed all claim forms and was informed they will phone me within a few days, after 7 days I went back and ask for feedback on claim, Jason ask me for my number again and wrote my cell number in his black note book. After another 6 days I again went back for a progress report and was informed that he could not phone me and that I have to completed new claim forms again.
I express my dissatisfaction with the service and cancelled the claim and made use of a different service provider.
