We paid 7 Landis a R10 000 deposit in November 2011 to start work on our Jeep that had mechanical problems while we sorted out the claim with Motorite.
This was done and they paid the full amount for the repairs to 7 Landis
7 Landi promised to pay back the deposit in the next month. I have been struggling since then to get the deposit back from him
He refunded me an amount of R5000 in March 2012.
When I spoke to him in November 2012 he profusely apologised and said that he will try and sort it out asap
He then paid an amount of R2500 into my account which leaves a balance of R2500 owing to me.
Since then he does not answer my calls and when I phoned him from my home phone last night he just put the phone down. I am really tired of begging Louis to pay back my money and also tired of hearing that he has financial problems He owes me the money and the full amount should have been paid back 16 months ago
