Hi i would just like to give you feedback on my previous report.
I eventually send this lady an email stating that she must keep the shoes and the money as i up to date last week Friday 28 June 2013 did not receive the goods i paid for in her bank account.
she offered to send it "yet again on the following Monday" but i had to make new arrangements to get my shoes from another shop. I am done getting my hopes up that's why i sent her an email saying to just leave everything ill call it quits.
i just need to let the consumers know what was my experience with this lady. its my right as a customer
this is my previous report:
This lady advertise that she will make customer wedding slippers and send it via registered post within 2 weeks.
She does not deliver a month after i have paid my money into her bank account.
First she send the slippers to another client, then she refuse to send me a tracking number, then she will send it via courier the following Monday.
i have to warn you 2 weeks that she promised is not her deliver time even after a month.
and i have appointments to fit dresses.
i asked her to pay my money back into my account and she also have a lot of stories.
