FNB- Les Marais ATM wrong amount paid out

On the 19/2/2013 my husband withdrew money at les Marias fnb ATM, he selected R1900 but only got R300 instead. 2x R100 notes and 2x R50 notes. I Lodge a dispute at Gezina FNB they said it will take 48hrs for my money to be refunded. That never happend. A lady Anel phoned and informed me that the audit report shows that atm has a surplus of R300 and that is the only money she will refund me with as she phoned all the customers who withdraw money from that atm on that day. They all confirmed that they got the correct money except for the atm slips was wrong. She made me feel like I am trying to steel money form the bank. I lodge a complaint regarding the outcome at the dispute resolution department at [Email Removed] and once again a lady called Susan Coetzee phoned and said sorry. She said that the atm is not faulty and is working fine and that FNB was not supposed to pay me the R300 surplus. she said that I must go to the ombudsman as that is my only option left and that fnb/atm is not at fault and that my husband did get the full amount of R1900 and not only R300. I am still waiting for the ombudsman to reply! FNB IS AT FAULT AND MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!! FNB MY MONEY!!!
