I had to order front and rear shocks for my vehicle, as well as 4 nuts and 4 studs for my vehicle's wheels. I went to GM motors to get a quote frist from a gentleman Louis at the parts counter. I went back the following Saturday to pay for the parts, just to hear that Louis left the Company. I asked the parts person to phone me as soon as the parts arrive as to make arrangements to bring in the vehicle. I was promised 2 to 3 working days. I asked the gentleman what will labour be? he quoted me R583 per hour which will only take 2 hours.

I was never contacted to say the parts arrived, I had to phone to discover that the parts only arrived just now and that they busy unpacking it - which i know was not true. I then made an appointment and took the car in on the 26th of June 2013. When I booked the vehicle, the lady said that Wilma, the one responsible for my booking, will phone when the vehicle is done. Well after 3 hours I phoned, were cut off twice, and hold on for 10 minutes. I got my car 17h45 that afternoon and await 3 nuts which never arrived, their excuse, we take stock. BAD BAd BAB Service
