All excuses and no actions from nightmare company

After 3 counts of petty complaints, which was not important enough to be dealt with for BMW, I have had to be stranded without a vehicle due to negligence on JSN's part. A week and a half ago I took my car in for a shudder problem and it was kept for 2days. Immediately upon collection I noticed the car was still shuddering and found it strange that 70km of fuel had been driven out and still the car is shuddering. Today I took it back to JSN and am now told that it needs a clutch replacement and will be kept over till tomorrow. I insisted on a courtesy car as its due to their negligence, but JSN doesn't think that I need to be compensated for this and so I am stranded without a car for another 2days. Last week I took my car to club motors for an accident bumper repair and was shocked to discover that my car had been standing in the bay for 6days already and hasn't been worked on cause it wasn't logged into the system while I was paying for a rental car! I am tired of hearing excuses and I want to know WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS? Stop concocting excuses and give customer service.
