I have been waiting for more than 3 months now for Ford South Africa (Umgeni Road) to replace my exhaust pipe. The part has been ordered twice already and I was told to bring the car, and both times I was then told it was not the right model part and had to be sent back to the factory. After the 2nd time noone called or communicated as to what is happening. I have made several calls and promised a call back but nothing. My last call communication was with a lady called Rina who promised to do a follow up, still nothing. I have now been driving a faulty and would really like to know if this is the way Ford treats their customers.
