ISSUE NOT RESOLVED - PATHETIC SERVICE

I am utterly disgusted with the way KIA is dealing with my valid query.

They are ignoring me altogether, the problem is real and warrants a valid reply.

Issues in Brief

I am yet to receive my boot spoiler
My bonnet has circular buff marks, this has not been repaired
The service book has not been given to me.
