My vehicle was sent to Killarney Coachworks for repairs to the boot spoiler and replacement of the back windscreen, and replacement of the back left lights. When I received my vehicle, I noticed the following:
(1) buff / swirl marks on the back left hand side door and back panel (roof to fender)
(2) buff / swirl marks on the right hand side back panel
(3) film replaced on back windscreen had large bubbles and scratches in the film
After informing the owner Nico, he said that he wants all customers to be 100% satisfied with his Companys workmanship and promised that everything would be resolved and fixed. After taking my vehicle back to them a third time they were unable to remove the swirl marks that they had caused and unable to replace the film. I took my vehicle to them for a very simple repair and they were unable to resolve. I am in the vehicle business myself and use smaller companies for my repairs, they are able to do a much better job than Killarney coachworks who is a larger company. I am disappointed in the service received and the lack of urgency to resolve issues for which they were responsible. Please careful of this Company, especially the Owner Nico.
