Over a month ago i took my car for service at Car service city cedar and when my car came back it was worse off than it was when it went in for service. My warning lights have been on no stop, the brach owner Richard asked me to go to Randburg branch of which i did 3 times and still didn't get sorted. To top it off Richard and his team started harassing my wife and i for payment and got to the extent of going to my wife's work place and threatened her that they would put her under garnish. The car service city guys just want money, i ended up paying R4000.00 plus loss of my time, plus fuel going to different car service city branches for nothing, i am highly disappointed in their service and i would never recommend anyone to take their car to Car Service city ever again, they really treated me like a dog, all they wanted was money out of my pocket, i was never satisfied and now have to incur the cost of getting my car serviced again by BMW. i just feel such companies with poor professionalism should be done away with in South Africa. Richard and his team from Car service city cedar are just a bunch of unprofessional money hungry bullies
