Richard's Pools were chosen out of 3 quotes to fix/rebuild our pool. Richard actually phoned us 4 times about his quote and to enquire if he can do it. We paid him half of the quoted money on 6 Nov when they started. Pumped out the water and found that the water table is very high. His workers were at our premises exactly 16 days ago. Every time we phone him he says that the water must be pumped out. He promised us to hire a industrial pump to be at our pool permanently. We pumped out the water for them several days that they did not pitched up. What does it help that the water gets pumped out and they do not start with the work?? Everytime the waterlevel is about 5-10 cm high again. Everytime we phone Richard he just have new promises. We cannot get to our back yard cause a french drain is made and the sand heap is on the paving. Everytime we enquire there is a job that is more important he tells us or there is a job that must be finished. I feel that we have also paid him when he wanted his money. Very BAD service from this company!! If Hello Peter cannot sort this out I am forced to get legal adv ice and go to the media with this poor ser vicde which I paid for!
