Absolutely Brilliant Customer Service

Upon contacting Erika (dealer principal) and advising her on my paranoia regarding 'service' in the motor vehicle industry, she assured me that my newly acquired BMW would be in good hands with them. Even though the car was not purchased from Cedar Isle, I cannot begin to explain the impeccable service I have received from the team right from the start! From 'Karin' who made my service booking a joy, to the technical assistance and friendliness of 'Andrew' and 'George', the efficient and timely updates from 'Justin' my service-advisor... all the way through to Erika herself who put my mind at ease right from my first correspondence with her. This is certainly a team that believes in customer-service! Both myself and my wife drive high-performance BMW's and there is no other dealership that will touch our cars aside from Cedar Isle... they have certainly made me feel part of the BMW-family today and I wish to extend a heartfelt thanks to everyone that made me feel comfortable right from the very beginning.
