I Purchased a motorcycle with cayenne on the 19-07-2013, had it for close three months till it started making some funny noise on the 13-10-2013 on my way back from Pretoria. I then booked it in with their workshop for the 23-10-2013, The service adviser (Richard) then told me that they have taken in an oil sample to be analysed and that it should be sorted out in about a month. I have had poor feedback from the guy. when I tried following up with the issue later end of November I could not find Richard as I was told that he was no longer with the company and nobody knew anything about my issue. I the started talking to a guy bu the name Leon who took over Richard's clients. On the 04-12-2013 went to the dealership to try and see whats really happening. The bike had no motor in it, Leon suggested to get a new motor that needed to be imported and did no know how much it will cost and how much their warranty would pay. Still trying to get hold of Shawn the sales consultant whom I spoke to his assistant to try and rectify the issue. I'm not willing to pay a lot of money for something that's less than 3 months old. The bike is still financed.
