On the 29th of May i did a transfer of R1475.00 for a part i required for my husband's land rover. they could not supply me the correct part after advising me that thayn can. I have since been waiting for my money back to no avail. I phone continuosly 3 - 5 times per day to be told my money has been refunded back to me. I have used a couple of hunded rands wothn of airtime as nobody phoines me back and all i get is and more. How long does a person have to wait and beg for your own money back?
