Refuses to refund for parts incorrectly supplied

I was referred to Classic Motors North by [URL Removed] when looking for a seatbelt for a Jeep. They supplied the incorrect seatbelt despite giving them detailed info on the Jeep model. I sent them detailed photos of the correct part that I need, but after 6 weeks of inaction by them, I finally sourced the part elsewhere (at a third of the price!). I returned the belt to them at my expense almost two months ago, but I am still waiting for the refund. This despite numerous follow ups and phone calls to Mellissa on a weekly basis.

Seeing a number of similar complaints against Classic Motors on Hello Peter leads me to conclude that they operate an unethical business and I should just accept that I have lost my money to them.
