Not rich enough for good service!

I went to Nissan Melrose on the 21st June to enquire for Nissan Juke 1.6 Tekna. I walked in I was immediately attended by Darryl Brook. He was quite polite, until I got in the car to test drive and he answers a personal call to his wife, who sounds less than impressed with him. Further to a bad attitude towards his wife that makes it completely unprofessional in front of a client!

The finance lady Briony Burns was also quite helpful. Darryl advised that my trade in was nearly R40 000 less than the actual trade in value of my car! I was not impressed and told him to come up with something better.

Monday I heard nothing and eventually sent an e-mail. Briony then called me advised that she was battling with affordability and I was ITC registered! I was SHOCKED because I have never been ITC registered.

She further told me to go check myself out on ITC. I felt like I was a criminal and not good enough for this dealership. There was NO effort to get me a deal. I checked ITC and I had Nothing! It was a just to pass the buck! this dealership should of rather told me they didn't want to help! Later this lady denied she had ever said that! Unbelievable! Worst service I have seen!
