Poor customer service

I saw a vehicle advertised in Auto Trader. my wife and I went to see the car on a Sunday.

I then called Bruma Nissan the Monday and arranged for wife to see the car and get a valuation on my trade-in. When my wife came at the dealership she then asked for the saleslady Marion who did not in fact bother to show the car to my wife or discuss anything with her. my wife was then handed to the sales manager to due a valuation on the trade in, once that was done he said they will let us know. I phoned the sales lady later and asked her what is now happening she replied the DP is not there and that she would phone me the next day. until now today 13/09/2013 not a single contact from Bruma Nissan
