On the 13th December 2013, my driver had an accident while towing wood on a trailer with my Toyota Hilux bakkie around Krugersdorp area. A1 Assist was immediately on the scene and bamboozled my shaken up driver into signing a receipt to have my vehicle towed to Monument Panel beaters in Krugersdorp about 10kms from the scene of the accident. But before he left with my vehicle, I called the drive and told him to bring the car to my dealership where we do our own panel beating and texted him to confirm my address which he agreed to over the phone but blatantly ignored that instruction and took it to Monument Panel beaters. They then told me that I could not get the car back immediately when we called them at 6pm that Friday evening and told me I could only get it by the Tuesday as Monday was a public holiday and Ronell Simpson confirmed that Monument was closed that entire weekend and then quoted over R7000 to get my vehicle back. I went to Monument the following day and they were open, I pleaded with Dave (i assume is the owner) to release my vehicle at a reasonable amount where he then said I must pay R6500 to get it back, It was all just a money making thing and I got ripped off!
