I arrived at Durban airport for the Top Gear Show only to find that I had inadvertently booked my car for O R Tambo. I was completely stressed. Woodford staff were brilliant - calmed me down and organised a vehicle without any fuss. Sadly, its an exception to have such good service in our country, so it needs to be encouraged and rewarded. I am back in Durban next week and I will definitely be booking again with Woodford.
