I would just like to commend Thabo the manager on duty at PnP Canal Walk for excellent customer service.
On 15 October 2013 at around 10:30am I was treated very very rudely by an employee who's name i shall omit from this report.
I reported the incident to Thabo and he was genuinely concerned with what had transpired. He took my number and assured me the incident would be dealt with.
Within 20 minutes i got a call from Thabo and the person who had made me feel less that human. I got an apology and an albeit brief explanation of why said person was so rude.
Now that is customer service. For all PnP shoppers, go to Thabo if you have any issues. The guy is a legend.
