Horrible Customer Service and Bad Attitude

I stopped by the Engen station in Kriel on Friday 28th June 2013 to fill up. While my car was being filled up i went into the Kiosk to get snacks (Lays chips, tropika juice & a burger pie). As i got to the till to pay, the cashier (Busi) had a very bad, uninterested, "I'm tired" "i don't want to be here" demeanor. She sighed as she saw the pie in my hand & said that she does not know the code to bill it for me. Before she started billing me i told her to include my petrol bill as i was going to use a debit card and only wanted to swap once. She sighed again at me, put one hand on her cheek, leaned against the counter, looked away from me and after a few seconds said that she doesn't like to do that as the machine were the petrol is paid does not scan and that Johanna, who was just as rude, would have to punch in each item separatly. While Johanna was billing me, i asked Busi if by now she got the code for the pie. She then rolled her eyes and flatly ignored me. I asked her again and she said NO! I paid my bill (R594.14) and walked out of the shop. I was appauled at the horrible, disgusting behaivour & bad attitude by these two ladies. So much for ENGEN... "WITH US YOU ARE NO. 1"
