I recently purchase a master car at VW in Johannesburg on the 29/05/2013. When it arrived I was so excited only to find out there was a few mistakes on the vehicle. I notified the sale rep that sold the car to me, she tells me to bring the car back the next day. I told her let me hold the car for the week and i will bring it in as i wanted to ensure that everything is in order. I then call her to tell her what needs to be fixed by them as I wasn't told there are any problems with the vehicle. We agreed on the day the car was suppose to be brought in so they can fix what they suppose to have fixed. During the time i had the car i made a few damages bumped the bumper on the side and scratched the passengers door which were minor scratches. When i brought the car on the 18/06/2013 I told the driver as well as the sale rep what needs to be done and what they don't need to do I will fix it. When the driver came to fetch the car, I then e-mailed the sales rep as a reminder not to fix what I have done and to rather fix what they needed to do.
So then i get an e-mail on the 20th to inform me of my damages I have to fix and they didn't inform me that they fixing it and I had to pay!!!
