Damaged my car when I left it for service

On the 7th Feb 2013 I took my VW Polo Vivo for its 30 000kms service at Lindsay Saker Rivonia. I dropped it off at about 7:30am. At around 2 I got a call from the branch manager, Bernie Rakow saying there has been an accident and damage has occured on my car. His version is that Riaan Engelbrecht from RHE Towing Services, tried to squeeze past my car with a tow truck and in the interim damaged it. The rear door on the drivers side, the bumper and rear body is damaged. I had to chase Bernie and Riaan to get a way forward on fixing it. Eventually Riaan said his insurance would cover just to shut me up. I lodged a claim and an advisor from his insurance says according to video footage (which I did not see) it is the dealership driver's fault. I am now stuck in the middle of these two and all I want is for my car to be fixed immediately. It is now a month since the incident!
