I have recently rented a car from First car rental as my car was in for panel beating. I was happy to deal with friendly staff who was on time to deliver the car to me as well as being accomodated on short notice. I wanted to return the rental car a week earlier and phoned in an hour prior. I was informed that a driver may not be available for pick up, but that I could leave my keys at the panel beaters' reception. To my luck, a driver was able to pick up the rental vehicle from me on very short notice, within 10min of my phone call at 14:30 on 25 June 2013! Victor arrived, very friendly and he even helped me to transfer my belongings back into my own car from the rental vehicle. What a pleasure! Thank you!
