Saw the Bus Rental [URL Removed] advertisement on Gumtree and got the best quote to transport 14 people.
It was arranged, and paid for in full for the driver to pick us up at 3pm, when we called the driver after 3pm to ask where he was, he was not anywhere near where he had to pick us up. Detail instructions to the pickup address was provided to Neaven Prince who did the sale. After contacting Mr Prince, he said he'd find out what is causing the delay. An hour later, the driver was supposedly "around the corner" and another half an hour later, still no show.
At this point, not the driver named Peace nor Mr Prince were answering our telephone calls anymore to assist.
A refund was promised first thing on the Monday morning, and after an email, sms and phonecall during the week, the refund was only paid on Friday,
This is the most unreliable bus/car rental service I have ever used. They showed no remorse about their customers being late for their commitments, and no willingness to assist otherwise.
I would not recommend this service to anyone else in future if you are looking for a reliable bus rental service.
