I bumped my car in the Parking lot at work and my Insurance policy has a rental car included when my car goes to the Panel beaters. I arranged with them to have to Car rental co. meet me at the Panel beater. They were they spot on time. There was a hiccup as I did not have my bank details, and after explaining telephonically to Megan she undertook to phone me within the hour to get that from me. I was handed the car and when I returned to work I phoned her immediately to give her the details. She was so helpful and friendly and when my car was repaired I phoned to let her know that I will not longer need the Rental car and she arranged for Europ Car rental to meet me at the panelbeater at a certain time and once again they were there spot on time. I received an sms shortly after they to acknowlege that they received the car. My insurance co co-ordinator did not even bother to contact me but Megan went out of her way to assist.
SHE IS JUST AMAZING AND I HOPE HER MANAGERS READ THIS REPORT!!!
