I took my car to Benoni ACD to have it serviced. Upon dropping the car off, I informed Anton that my brake lights are not working and needs to be repaired. He said no problem. When I went to collect my car, I had paid at reception and went to collect it and found the brake lights were not working. Anton told me to go round the corner and buy a switch from Goldwagen and he will install it. I already found this unethical and wrong as he was suppose to fix my brake lights. Anyway, I went and purchased the switch and they installed it. Within three days the brake lights stopped working. My wife took the car back and told them to fix it. The serviceman told her sometimes it does not work because of the way you press on the brake. I can not understand that answer, but anyway they fixed it. Within two days it had stopped working already. I took the car back personally and Anton just shrugged his shoulders and said he did not buy the switch so its not his fault and I should go and buy another switch. When I got upset, he had a little boy there that said, "Jir, maar hierie is n kwaai koollie! " IS this therservice a franchise company delivers???
