Good day to you. Please be so kind as to assist me on the following. I bought a new Golf 5 2.0L Trendline on the 15th of February 2008 from your dealership. All the so-called extras such as mags, fog lights radio and cd player as well as an extended full maintenance plan were included in the final contract. About two days ago, the fog lights packed up.
An appointment were made at NTT Stellenbosch in order to have a "look" and if needed to repair as my maintenance plan is still valid. To my dismay, i was informed by NTT that this Golf were never factory fitted with fog lights, and that they are not liable for any repairs. According to them, Barons used an out sourced company to do this fitting. When i signed the contract for my car, the maintenance plan were included as an extra to cover the whole of my car including the radio as well as fog lights. According to their salesman at that time, these items were factory fitted. How was i to know that your dealership made use of a third party? A lot of money was paid for these so-called extras. I do believe that i was taken for a ride by your dealership. I've since contacted their dealer principle on Friay... no respose thus far. Next, VWSA
