Nissan South Africa
Credibility in question

Good day,

The e-mail complaint below from the search I have done looks very farmiler to my current situation. I was sold a "What was called" brand new "limited edition" Juke.

I was asked on several occations to pay more so I could have warranty on every and any damage. I was reassured that further to that for any scratches, all I needed to do was deliver the car and they would fix this.

Firstly the lady that answered the phone said my clutch had Brocken and for some ungodly reason the warranty does not include the clutch, which was not brought to my attention and more so that I was asked to pay more to have warranty.

I was then put through to the supervisor Chris who then told me it was not the clutch that had a problem but that the car needed to be brocken down, taken to Nissan to assess.

Chris told me he would get back to me by 1hr00 with no feedback. Its almost 10 to 4hr00 and I just phoned in and spoke to Alice, who then says she needs to send me a quote.

I will be taking this up with my lawyers and will ensure the CEO of Nissan hear about this. There are several complaints spefically about cmh Midrand like the one below.

I expect to have my car ready
