Appalling service at North West Nissan

My Nissan Tiida was towed to North West Nissan as the clutch broke. They said they had to take out the gearbox at a cost of R3000.00, to establish what the problem is. I rejected the quote. On collecting my keys I noticed that my upholstery was damaged by what looks like a screwdriver. Arriving there I went to the reception. John arrived not greeting and indicating to me with his hand that I should come with him, walking out way ahead of me not saying a word. He insinuated that I damaged my car. He said when the clutch was fixed I should bring the car so that they can replace the panel. I asked why they even bothered taking out the panel as the car came in for the clutch. He stated that the window (s) did not work. Windows was in full working order when we towed the car there. I told him that I did not ask them to look at the windows. John was very rude and just walked into the office without greeting. I take exception to the way I was treated and insinuations that I'm dishonest by damaging my own car. Appalling for a service manager! I lost all trust in North West Nissan, I would certainly not take either one of my Nissans' back to North West Nissan!
