I left me car at the Multi-Franchise Service Centre this morning just after 7am. I took it in for a gear box Check and accidentally left behind in the gear box consol compartment R1500.00 [in notes ] that my husband had given this morning immediately before delivering the car to multi-franchise to be worked.
Multi-franchised dropped me off at work at 8.12am and I then realised what I've done and called the consultant I dealt immediately to look for it and advised him where is was in the car but by then it was already, as he called me back and said there was not money there.
I am very disappointed in the staff of Multi-franchise for their dis-honesty. I know it was my negligence to have forgotten to take my money out but when staff things from ones car that one entrust to them, this makes one feel more dis-heartened than ever as it just go to show how they scratch around in ones car when one leaves it there as the COMPARTMENT WAS CLOSED -what business do they have scratching in ones car in the first place. I tied to also call the manager to speak to him but his been unavailable and I have left a message for him to return my call but I have not heard from him yet?
