2008 I bought the Franchise I pop up the deposit of R57000.00.The agreement was that if my application was successsful the application fee will be fully deductable off the total purchase price of the Franchise that was R570 000.00, that was not including the vat and if my application became unsuccessful, the full deposit will be refunded back to me within 30 days. I didn't get the funding even today that deposit of R57000.00 is not paid to me, may you please help me to get my money from this Franchisor, please help me to get my R57000.00 back.
