i would like to tell you a little about my experience - few years back i was interested in mercedes B class - to my disappointment after making a booking - i got to century city mercedes - only to find the car i wanted to drive was not available - this is after i got a call to confirm the test drive booking.
Now the last few months i was on the mailing list for the New A class launch - since the launch i have booked myself for 3 test drives and got 0 (zero) contact or feedback from culemborg.
so much for joining this supposive elite family.
Maybe i will be luckier at BMW (which i hate)
