I bought a pre- owned car at Audi Acardia in December 2012 and I think it was involved in an accident... I then found the courage to send them an email to ask them. This is email I sent them on the 11 June 2013.
There is something in my mind that has been bothering me ever since I bought my pre-owned Audi A1 from Reggy in December 2012 and I feel its time I let it out. Each time I go to the car wash or the car is in the sun I would get asked if this car was in an accident before I purchased it and my response would be I don't know.
Kindly clarify why my passanger door has a different colour blue to the rest of the car and why the bumper of the boot looks repainted.
Your response will be highly appreciated as I would like to put this to rest.
I then made a follow up email on the 13th June and no response to date. Today I had to replace my windscreen and Glassfit found that my windscreen was replaced before and other pieces in car are broken. I sent another email today (25 June) sent pictures of the damaged pieces and asking for an appointment to bring in the car in and they have not responded. I called the Sales Manager again to confirm my appointment- no response.
