No service, no smile

I took my Kia Sportage for a service to Kia Tokia, after calling them numerous times to find out what time my car will be ready for collection, I was finally told 14h00 at the latest. I arrived at the dealership a few minutes after 2pm and had to wait for 2hours and 45 minutes for my car. Through out this time no one explained what was the hold up, every time I asked for an explanation I was told my car will be ready in just a few minutes. When my car finally arrived at 4h45, my service agent informed that i would have to bring my car back to have a break switch replaced. She promised me that this was a 5 minute process and that I could wait for my car. Guess what, 1hour of waiting I eventually get the attention of someone (the service manager), she assured me that my car must be done and that She will check to see where it is. She never came back to report on the status of my car, the next time I saw her she was slithering back to her office, avoiding any contact with me. After much screaming and cursing I eventually got my car, only to be told that I would have to return to have the battery cover replaced as there was a call back but they we never aware of the call back..really
