BAD ATTITUDE, BAD SERVICE

My girlfriends Peugeot was taken for a service there. At first there was no courtesy car available for her to get as she needs one. Once a courtesy car was given to her eventually, the car was empty and she had to fill it with petrol. Secondly, the car was full of beer bottles under the seat when she got it.
There was no service given from them to her, as to what the status update on the car is. They could not tell us what the status on the car was when we phoned several times. Eventually they phoned saying that the car was done and ready for collection. When we got there, the car was not ready, and they were still waiting for authorization from head office if they may change the brakes. Then they told us to come back later in the week to replace the brakes. The left front hubcap was not even on the car anymore, this was removed and not even put back once the service was finished. We phoned back to find out what the status is on the brakes as well as the hubcap which should be replaced by them, no one could help and they were passing the buck on who fault it is. as to date, we have not heard anything after we were told that they would come back to us.
