Worst service at Kia Alberto

My wife and i bought a KIA Sportage at the Alberton branch and we had a KIA Rio as a trade in that was to be be paid directly to ourselves, the trade in value was R47, 000.00. My frustration is that it's been 3 weeks and i still don't have my cheque and the car is sold already. I still don't have a number plate after 3 weeks and have been put from pillar to post whenever i enquire. I met Jaco twice and he still can't account for the delay in signing cheques. I am very unhappy and would never encourage anyone to do business with that dealership. They don't take their customers seriously and have DON'T CARE ATTITUDE'

I don't understand why it takes over 3 weeks to pay me and the worst part my car was sold and hopefully paid for. Please take and know that whatever business transaction you do with Kia is done at own risk.

I have driven to the dealer principal and he seemed to be used to this as he was not bothered.
