BAD SERVICE CAN NOT KEEP A PROMISE

MY SON WANT TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER, I MYSELF ALSO SPOKE TO MARTIN, ASKING HIM TO SENT ME AN INVOICE AND I WILL PAY THE MONEY CASH OVER TO THEIR ACCOUNT. HE TOLD MY SON THEY MUST SENT THE CAR FOR REPAIRS AND WILL TELL HIM WHEN THE CAR IS READY. MY SON WENT TO THEM ON SATURDAY, THE CAR WAS READY, BUT BECAUSE THREE DAYS PASSED SINCE THEY GET A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT FOR HIS CAR THEY ARE GOING TO TRADE IN MARTIN SAID THEY WILL DO IT ON MONDAY MORNING. MY SON SAID IT IS OK THEN I WILL PAY THE MONEY OVER AND HE WILL BRING HIS CAR AND FETCH THE NEW CAR. WHEN MY SON THIS MORNING WANT TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE ARRANGEMENTS, MARTIN TOLD HIM HE SOLD THE CAR SATURDAY TO OTHER CASH BUYERS. I THINK THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A VERY UNTRUSTED DEALER, SD BE CAREFUL. THAT CAR IS EITHER NOT SOLD, THEY MADE SOME OR OTHER PRICING MISTAKE, OR THEY BOUGHT IT THEMSELVES OR IT WAS SOLD TO A FAMILY MEMBER OR A FRIEND. I THINK THEIR SERVICE IS UN ETHIC AND VERY BAD. I DO NOT THINK THEY MUST TRADE AS A DEALER...
