After paying a ridiculous price for XOC to collect a parcel in cape town and deliver it to a business in pretoria (the next day before 11am) I waited until 1pm the next day to receive the package. After numerous calls and empty promises I finally got the parcel. Hours too late. Poor service. very unhappy.
