I had a flat tyre caused by a nail, which my local garage could not repair. I called BMW-on-call, the lady who answered from the tyre department was very helpful. The incident took place at about 7pm, she called me numerous times until 11pm to check that I was ok and update me on the status of my loan tyre. Unfortunately I can't remember her name, but she deserves recognition for great service and a really good attitude. So refreshing to know that there are some people out there who really go that extra mile for their customers.
