The worst customer service I have ever received.
after waiting 9 weeks for a stock standard ford part, with no feedback for attempt at service from these thugs i finally got the part only to have payment demanded from me. i told them they should have to wait as i was forced to, only to be met with a vicious verbal and physical assault!
the tattooed thug of a "manager" even slammed by car door on to me and threatened to kill me. his superiors and colleges joined in and also began attacking me. it was the owners wife who had to come out and restrain these hooligans before they did any real damage, all while blaming the customer for upsetting her "manager".
this place is run by thugs who believe it good practice to threaten clients and even verbally and physically abuse and assault them on the premises.
these are gangsters who will kill you for R500 and threaten to kill your family.
don't do business with these thugs.
