On numerous occasions prices listed on items are not what you pay at the till (apparent price increases). Four of the same helmets on the shelf with four different prices. Credit return asked for a month ago and still not processed. Parts asked for not ordered. Wow, the list goes on and on. Inefficient staff who do not have clue what goes on there, and an owner with a distinctly bad attitude when you complain about these things. No thank you. I am all for supporting the under dog in this industry, but would rather take my money where its appreciated, and to staff that actually know what they are doing.
