Mercedes 220cdi injector problems oil leaks coolen

I own a Mercedes 220cdi 2010 model. I am the first owner. The car was serviced on time. The car started with coolent problems asking to top up coolent. The Mercedes garage in Malmesbury then replaced the injectors at the cost of Mercedes SA. Now that the injectors are replaced, the car is leaking oil. Surely this must be poor workmanship on the side of the garage technical staff. I am waiting their response waht my next step should be.
I dis not expect this from Mercedes as a top end of the market brand.
