I bought a bike from Cayenne & after 3 months I encountered rectifier issues and took the bike back and got it after two weeks. I had the bike for a week and the battery started boiling so I took the bike back to Cayenne and showed them what had happed since the battery water spoiled the bike paint and my jeans, so the guy by the name of Shane told me that the had fitted in the fong kong rectifier and that they're waiting for the legit rectifier abroad. Now the rectifiers have arrived and booked my bike with them last week and when I phoned Shane with regards to the progress he told me that he's still waiting for the warranty to approve. How come does he claim for a rework.
To me they're misusing the warranty funds for their own mistakes and they're inconveniencing the riders.
I now regret buying the bike from them and my advise to the rest of you who are reading this now, please please go to honda in centurion or roodepoort as they're reputable and a friend of mine bought a bike from them and he's still happy with them.
